Govenor Youngkin, I expect that you are well aware that RGGI has proven it's value to Virginia. I have no doubt that you are fully aware that our individual and collective health as well as our economic well-being depend on protecting and caring for our environment. Please do not engage in political posturing that harms our spectacular natural environment in Virginia. It is an irresponsible deriliction of duty for you to discontinue Virginia's participation in an effective REGIONAL initiative and all the more appauling as you have offered NO ALTERNATIVE plan of action of equal or greater merit. 

Please care for the natural resources in and those that directly affect Virginia as if they matter and, in doing so, demonstrate that the health and long term economic well-being of each Virginian matters to you. Thank you.
