RGGI has proven that its beneficial to Virginians.  The climate crisis is upon us and we must continue to mitigate its current and future harmful effects.  The cost is minimal compared to what we pay out in disaster relief.  With 45 % of the revenues from RGGI going to flood relief programs and 50% to fund energy efficiency improvements, RGGI is addressing critical needs of low-income Virginians.  Let's continue to do our part to mitigate damaging weather- related effects not only for ourselves but for our children and grandchildren.
