Thank you for considering my comment.  The RGGI is an important initiative and admirable example of cooperation amongst multiple states.  It is exactly the type of joint effort among numerous stakeholders that is required to avoid the worst outcome of a changing climate.  As a citizen of Albemarle County, I am much more worried about the high cost, both economically and socially, to myself, my family, and fellow VA residents both now and in the future, that would result from pulling out of the RGGI, rather than any perceived uptick in utility costs which I understand is the Governor’s argument.  Let’s do the right thinking and support the RGGI.
