Virginia must stay in the RGGI

People all over Virginia have benefitted from RGGI
Flood damage is increasing in Virginia and 45% of revenue from RGGI goes to address flooding
Revenue from RGGI has surpassed half a billion dollars
No funding source has been proposed to replace funds from RGGI - and increased flooding remains a major problem in Virginia
Only the General Assembly can repeal a law
RGGI uses cap and trade, a key component of Virginia's clean energy future.
