RGGI income to Virginia has exceeded estimates. Funds earned go towards low-income energy efficiency programs and the community flood preparedness fund. There's no reason to pull out of a profitable program that is one of the few ways that allows states to act to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at a time when each day brings new climate disasters. We need to stay in RGGI.
