Why do these women deserve less? Is their health and well being secondary to others receiving medical care? Are the women receiving services at Abortion facitlites less important?

I urge you to make these regulations permanent for the protection of women and the prevention of heinous incidents like the kind linked to Dr. Brigham. Advocates of abortion on demand insist that they want abortion to be safe, legal and rare. These regulations help move us in that direction.
