These regulations do nothing to protect a woman's health and everything to hinder her rights to obtain an abortion, which based on the Supreme Court ruling is an accepted, safe and legal procedure.  I find it interesting that I can go to my doctor's office or an outpatient surgical center for a colonoscopy which is far more invasive and they are not required to meet the health requirements that a woman's health center that performs abortions do.
