I have had an abortion and I find it odd that the abortion clinics will be required to have hospital grade regulation where a cosmetic surgeons office does not. I was not cut open during my abortion procedure, but was at a cosmetic surgeons office in Vienna for a mini facelift with local anestesia which did not have hospital grade regulations.

If you are going to apply these, you need to do it for all facilities ro not at all.
