My wife, daughter and I oppose Repeal of RGGI in Virginia. We spend part of our summers in Maine every year and we see that it has worked fabulously there, and in all other states where it has been implemented.  It has not been revoked in any state! The passing of this initiative in Virginia was extremely heartening to us, that our state had finally passed a widely effective and popular legislation (67% of Virginians support RGGI) that would begin to reduce the biggest threat to our state - Climate Change.  Now a Governor

is trying to repeal an initiative that was legitimately passed by our General Assembly that represents the citizens of Virginia. A Governor has no right to repeal such a mandate.

Please do not repeal a great first step toward stopping Climate Change. Do not dash all all our Hope!
