I am pleading with you to reconsider this proposal. This proposal CANNOT save the state money. Consumer Directed Service program saves the state money and offers the best care. I am the mother of a disabled human. This proposal WILL not make our lives easier. 

Navigating thru the disability world is hard enough. Don't create an unneeded barrier.

Don't take away another choice. Don't violate the right of another human because They cannot speak or advocate for themselves.
