As a parent of a son with significant disabilities who relies on us for all of his basic needs 24/7 I urge you to continue to allow parents/spouses to care for our loved ones under Consumer Directed services.   Please do not add another layer to our already stressful and challenging lives.  As our son has grown over the years it has become extremely challenging to find caregivers who are willing and capable of performing the daily tasks necessary to care him.
