Gov Youngkin,

Please retain our association with the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.  The issue has a proven record of success.  We have cleaner air.  Virginia not being associated with the RGGI would be a step backward.  We need more steps making progress in cleaning up the environment, not fewer.  Thank you.
