Gentlemen and Ladies,

It is my hope that the regulations regarding this critical issue be amended to be based purely on medicine and science and should not impede women's access to essential health care.  I believe time has demonstrated you cannot legislate morality.  Depriving women of these services based on personal or religious views is frankly immoral in itself.
