RGGI was lawfully passed by our legislature to protect the air, water and climate of our beautiful state. Now some bureaucratic politicians want to undemocratically overturn it? No. If you want to poison water and make air unbreathable, go ruin another state but leave Virginia alone. We have to live here and we don't want our state trashed so you can make money at our expense.
