There is no rational reason for Virginia to withdraw its participation in RGGI.  The move is nothing more than an appeal to the tiny but vocal minority who politicize science.  Most citizens are in favor of measures that protect clean air.  By embracing legislation to remove Virginia from RGGI, Governor Youngkin is demonstrating his unsuitability as a holder of high office.  Decide, Glenn:  Are you a true conservative or just another Trump wannabe?
