Please do not repeal VA's participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.  At a time when climate change is causing major disruptions throughout the world, we must do everything we can as a nation and as a state to reduce our emissions of greenhouse gases.  The RGGI is a part of the solution and we must preserve it.
