Dear Board: Do not repeal RGGI.  Our state has benefitted  from membership in RGGI; our schools and attainable housing has benefitted. It would be a great error to repeal the bill - a loss to VA families and children as well as a loss of VA’s response to climate change. 

Please keep VA in RGGI, by voting to keep VA in the RGGI consortium.
