I write to join other comments to all us as parents to continue to use consumer direct as an option for our loved ones. 

my employed service person is well trained on how to deal with challenging issues with my son. He speaks my local language which is not easily staffed by the state. 

my son has benefited immensely on the routine of shower, schooling and home work activities.
