Man made global warming is NOT SETTLED science, despite what some politicians claim. To burden our state and country with very constrictive climate regulations and policies will not change the trajectory of temperature at the global level, but will, indeed, cause great harm to our economy and lower out standard of living. The RGGI is a red herring and Virginia should dump that counter-productive venture.
