I am very strongly against imposing a carbon tax on Virginia!
I fully support Governor's Youngkin plan to withdraw from the RGGI.
It will not lower CO2 in the atmosphere, several other States are not part of this compact, and CO2 levels are going up worldwide. It does not make any sense and this extra tax is completely unnecessary!
