RGGI is only supporting those organizations that are against cheapNuclear Baseload Energy!

Staying in RGGI is only supporting a financial windfall for those organizations that are against sensible, cheap energy.  Wind and solar energy are draining the Federal treasury while baseload power, the cheapest power available, is rescuing consumers with affordable power.  As we transition from fossil fuels to nuclear power to provide baseload power, consumers enjoy a consistent supply while paying the lowest cost for their quality of life.  Instead of supporting RGGI, Virginia should be supporting their citizens with affordable power and consistent supply.  Use any assets to reduce the roadblocks in regulation for nuclear power while supporting natural gas production as the transition ot nuclear power continues.  Solar and wind only represent the current Socialist scam to entrench your citizens in debt that can never be paid off.  Your effort and money saved by exiting RGGI can easily be invested in making Virginia the energy leader in the US by endorsing the transition to fossil fuels to clean nuclear power.  Please support all our citizens instead of the Socialist takeover of the USA.
