I support ending Virginia ties to RGGI.
It has proven to be too costly and unnecessary all while compromising Virginia autonomy.
We need to stop entering these kind of agreements which sound great on the surface but end up as bad policy once implemented. Same for RGGI as bad ideas like tying Virginia automobile policy to decisions made by California.
