How did the state of Virginia become a dictatorship, when did our so called state officials get to dictate that we must adhere to all the ridiculous rules and laws of the stupid asinine state of California?

And please tell me how the state of California with is high crime, has mismanagement of state resources, mismanagement of public funds and the mismanagement of its forests resulting in massive forest fires every year, plus the poorly managed power grid is supposed to be a example to any other state in the union so much so that some fools in our own state of Virginia thinks that California should be able to dictate how we Virginians must be forced by law to live.
