Is everything proposed by Gov Youngkin intended to make VA the next Florida?  Does he seek to just void established and productive protocols that, while not perfect, are at least making things better? 

I support the RGGI and unless there is an alternative that is demonstrably better in reducing the environmental impact of the conveniences of modern life.  Any alternative would just be to let the utilities and other polluters keep Virginia as a failed state full of ignorant, obedient numbskulls, This is exactly the plan of the GQP.
