Stay in RGGI

Please stay in RGGI.  Climate change is one of the most serious threats the world faces.  Former Governor Tim Kaine's climate change commission documented the adverse impacts on Virginia and pointed to needed policies to adapt and respond.

RGGI has reduced emissions in the state, improved air quality and cut greenhouse gases that lead to global warming.  Virginia needs the funds RGGI generates to advance energy efficiency, plan for and prevent flooding, improve coastal resiliency and move us away from polluting fossil fuels.

Leaving RGGI is a step backwards. Virginia should lead the way to a clean energy future.
