RGGI is not only an important piece in lowering GHGs/carbon emissions but it has been a huge help in improving flood resilience for communities in Virginia. Withdrawal from the program would be regressive and harmful. I believe Dr. Damien Pitt’s op ed in the Richmond Times Dispatch describes this well. Virginia needs to stay in RGGI, I oppose the repeal of RGGI!
