Leaving the rggi just shows how much he is bought off by Dominion. We need legislation to crack down on insane fees being charged by power companies. Just more proof that a private solution isnt looking out for the common person. Unless you are an investor or political player you don't matter to large companies. End this madness, stay in the rggi agreement.
