In reviewing the history of RGGI, the regional cap-and-trade program seems to be better than doing nothing.  The current 9 states are demonstrating leadership on our climate problem and Virginia needs to lead other southern states to the right side of history.  Don’t stonewall this important step toward creating a cleaner environment.  We must take action now for our descendants’ future.  Kicking the can down the road may work for the social security problem, but that has nothing to do with the air we breathe, the water we drink, the climate and weather conditions we must prepare for and the world population’s very existence.  Do the right thing.  Join RGGI.
