Repealing a law in a way that circumvents the general assembly is a blatant misuse and abuse of executive powers outside the spirit of the law. As virginians, we cannot allow this to happen. Let the general assembly handle the legislation. Lobby your representatives for what you want, don't use the governor to tyrannically avoid the legislature.
