Do not withdraw from RGGI. This would be a backwards move by the Governor.

Progress needs to be made in the realm of climate change. Anyone who remembers winters in Virginia in the 80 and 90s certainly remembers them being a lot colder.

To deny climate change is to deny that we are having 70 degree days mid winter when it used to be a much more rare occasion.
