Please do not withdraw from the Regional Climate Initiative. Cooperation with our neighboring states is our only hope for a healthy environment, clean air, clean water, and reduced climate impacts in the mid-Atlantic. Virginia should lead the way, not doom ourselves and our neighbors to further environmental damage.
