I support the thoughtful and extensive comments submitted by Elinor Schwartz and others, Opposing Gov. Youngkin's proposed withdrawal of Virginia from the RGGI.  Climate change is real and must be dealt with, regardless of Gov. Youngkin's need to appeal to the fossil fuel industry and other supporters of his presidential ambitions.
