Material Omissions

It would seem obvious that the person attempting to vote must be willing and able to evidence they are, in fact, eligible to vote.  HOWEVER, requiring the use of the full "middle" name and refusing to accept the use of an initial in lieu thereof is not only illogical, it is wrong.  If one (a) uses their legal name, in whatever form form that may be; or (b) has registered to vote using a name with the initial instead of the full nomenclature; or (c) the name they use is acceptable when used on legal contracts or other such documents, it should be accepted for purposes of identification of a citizen eligible to vote.  To suggest otherwise is a blatant and totally unacceptable effort to deny a guaranteed right of citizenship.
