I have been registered to vote in Virginia since 2004 and have been an absentee voter since 2008.  I am disabled and have trouble writing my name in the same way because of issues with my shoulders, arms and hands.  If this new regulations becomes law it would disenfranchise me.  It makes me wonder if this is the very motive of the Republicans.  I use my valid Virginia Drivers License as my ID and it was issued this last July and it has my signature as I now write it.  This should be more than enough proof and I believe it is already law.  It is also a waste of taxpayers money in this obvious partison regulatio
