Attempting to make rules concerning voting appears to be more "government regulation" that the Republicans abhor.  They use regulations only when they can receive benefits from them, i.e. fewer  votes for candidates opposing Republican candidates. Let the people vote, stop trying to regulate voting in Virginia.
