Shame, shame.  Instead of encouraging citizens to vote-you work towards taking away that legal right.  Seriously-the petty nature of this whole proposal is insane.  It is your job to work for the citizens of Virginia-not against them.  To try and rig the system to lean a certain way in order to push the outcome of an election is appalling.  I strongly oppose this horrendous piece of proposed legislation/regulation.
