The overwhelmingly positive results from RGGI should encourage Governor Youngkin to embrace this law. RGGI only stands to benefit Virginians, especially those most severely affected by increasingly worse and more frequent storms like the people of Buchanan County.

Governor Youngkin says "...the way RGGI has been implemented in Virginia does not work as an effective means for greenhouse gas reductions.", but he needs to come up with a better solution before backing out of one that is already working for Virginians.
