My neighborhood flooding is markedly worse in the past two years. This includes my backyard, which has a stream running through it when rain is heavy.

There is absolutely no sound reason to withdraw from the RGGI and deny citizens state assistance with these very hands on on problems. 

Virginia is going backwards if this goes through. I am markedly opposed and am sharing information about this through NextDoor and other local networks. 

Keep Virginia a member of the RGGI.
