I oppose Governor Youngkin moving to end Virginia's participation in RGGI. As our climate continues to change and continues to bring natural disasters, we have to be prepared. The application of generated funds to help meet flood preparedness and to help communities reduce energy waste benefits the people of the Commonwealth.
