I am opposed to the removal of Virginia from the RGGI.  Gov. Youngkin does not have the authority to remove Virginia from the RGGI which has been passed by the Virginia legislature. Withdrawing Virginia from RGGI jeopardizes low-to-moderate income families by removing an irreplaceable funding source that supports energy efficiency and health and safety upgrades.
