I am quite disheartened knowing that the Youngkin administration wants to remove Virginia from the RGGI.  I strongly advocate for Virginia to continue its beneficial participation in this alliance.  Our involvement one has proven to result in reduced carbon emissions.  This is a critical positive factor addressing the most important issue and challenge of our time!  The funding that flows to our state is also quite a beneficial factor.  Please continue Virginia's participation in RGGI !!
