I have been reading with increasing alarm about Gov. Youngkin's efforts to withdraw from the RGGI agreement.  Now that Air Control Board is joining forces in what appears to be a very short-sighted and uninformed effort.  We are all being seriously impacted by climate forces now - it is no longer a future worry that we can put off.  The RGGI agreement has made a positive impact on GHG emissions and has brought substantial income into the state to be targeted for climate issues.  The very small increase in taxes that make it a reality are the least the citizens of Virginia can do to slow down this disastrous course.  Please withdraw any challenges to the RGGI agreement.
