Virginia should definitely remain in the RGGI

For the sake of all of us, our children, future generations and the earth, Virginia needs to stay in the RGGI.  For over 40yrs we have ignored the effects of burning fossil fuels. Now we are suffering from this lake of action in more intense storms, drouths, immigration, and political instability.

I would also strongly recommend a small but increasing carbon fossil fuel tax, with border adjustment, should be passed. It would be totally returned to each household monthly and help low- and middle-income families pay for fuel and make alternative energy sources such as wind and solar more competitive.
