After much investigation and preparation to act on greenhouse gas emissions which so negatively impact the quality of our air and the well-being of all living species, Gov. Youngkin of VA has decided to pull VA out of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative which was passed into law by the VA Legislature in 2020.  We must work diligently to use every tool at our disposal to protect the air we breathe that truly sustains life and health.  RGGI is one of these important tools which we MUST keep in place.  Time is of the essence and we cannot be short-sighted in our approach to alleviating, and hopefully solving, the problems caused by the burning of fossil fuels.  PLEASE do not allow the Governor to pull VA out of this initiative.  We cannot afford, or better stated, survive without cleaning the air we breathe.  Say NO to Youngkin's plan.
