We face major issues in Virginia with climate change, which is really now a climate emergency.  Flooding in the Tidewater region could become catastrophic in the near term, and may be irreversible even with rapid action.  Without action we will lose the entire coastline, increasing vulnerability to storms, among many other loses.  Where will everyone go?  Who will help?  The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative is designed to help with this particular issue.  It is not easy.  It will not be cheap.  Yet it is absolutely essential that we act, and acting together will help.  RGGI is acting together.  Stay in.
