Alongside addressing climate change, RGGI is delivering important benefits to the quality of life for Virginia residents. One example is RGGI funding for weatherization in Virginia homes. This program allows residents to lower their utility costs, improve their homes/properties, and reduce energy usage all in one. It's a win-win and losing these programs would be a major blow.
