These proposed changes will force Christian-faith-based agencies to violate conscience or close doors, limiting options for thousands of families and children.  This runs directly counter to the liberties explicitly delineated in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  It is in essence a regulation of thought and belief.  They should not be adopted.
