I strongly oppose Social Services Adoption Standards 22 VAC 40-131-170 part B.  History has demonstrated time and time again that the traditional Christian model of family life is best for the individual as well as for the community at large.  Aberrrations from this model are difficult at best and damaging to many.  What is to be gained by denying faith based adoption agencies the freedom to seek the best model for children who are already in exceptional need?
