The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative is the best way forward to a new energy future.  Regional cooperation is key to making our energy future secure.  We need to encourage clean sources of energy, we need to move away from carbon sources.  We don't need to do this alone and it's not efficient to do so.  Regional cooperation by our membership in RGGI is already saving our citizens money and providing needed support to alleviate the worst effects of the climate crisis (such as flooding in our vulnerable low-lying areas).  

   it would be detrimental to our future to pull us out of RGGI.  Please stay the course and keep moving forward.
