Strongly OPPOSE

As a parent of 4 school age children in Loudoun County, I oppose this guidance. I do not believe in censorship. LGBTQ+ people are an important and valuable part of our society and absolutely nothing about their existence is inappropriate for children. Labeling books with queer characters as sexually explicit is wrong and homophobic and does a disservice to our children, who deserve to have the opportunity to read about diverse characters and viewpoints.
